Description
The Haven Acres Annual Round-Up is a rodeo type event that features students from the summer
program performing in one individual or team event. It is open to the community and has three
purposes: to allow the participants in the mentorship program to demonstrate what they have learned,
to create awareness about Haven Acres in the community we serve, and to raise funds so that Haven
Acres may continue to offer services free of charge to the families and groups we serve. In addition to
the riding program, the Round-Up features fun for the whole family with food, carnival games, pony
rides, and a Silent Auction. Approximately 300 attend this event each year.
