Dear Community Merchant: We are contacting you to seek donations for our online auction fundraiser to benefit Pinellas Preparatory Academy (PPA) and Pinellas Primary Academy (PPA Jr.), a joint not–for-profit charter school in Largo, FL. This year’s event will run from March 1st thru the auction closing on April 12th. Last year, we raised over $9,000 and this year’s goal is $15,000. Our Parent-Teacher Enrichment Group is an integral part of our school. PTEG provides money for educational field trips, classroom supplies, library books, technology, scholarships and other educational materials to enhance our children’s education. Your tax-deductible contribution will help us provide better opportunities for students in our community. Reaching our goal depends on the generosity of people like you. We have included a procurement form for your convenience. To make a donation, please complete the enclosed form and return it to us at the address indicated below. If you prefer, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly arrange for pick-up of your donation. The procurement deadline is Friday, March 1st, 2019. In appreciation of your generosity, donations received by this date will be acknowledged in the auction catalog, which will be distributed to all Families at our two schools and on the PTEG website and Facebook page. If your donation is valued over $100.00, we will display a banner (provided) of your business at our school for 2 weeks.
