It is with great excitement that the Clearview Elementary School Parent Teacher Association invites you to participate in the 7th Annual Clearview PTA Silent Auction.  This event will take place on April 28th, 2022 from 5:30PM-7:30PM at Clearview Elementary School in Herndon.  Previous year’s event was host to more than 450 guests and we are planning for an even bigger crowd this year!

We would like to respectfully ask your business to consider supporting our event by donating gift certificates, merchandise or services. In exchange for your generous donation, you will receive excellent community exposure and advertising. Prior to and after the event, your name will be featured in our parent newsletter as a generous supporter of Clearview Elementary students.  During the event, your name and donation will be in our auction brochure.   You will have the opportunity to display marketing materials on the auction table along with your donated item or items.  

Gift certificates, merchandise, themed baskets, professional services, art work, catering, sporting event tickets, event passes, park admissions, lessons in hobby or sport activities, or other items suitable for auction are all welcome.   Donations are fully tax deductible, as Clearview Elementary School PTA is a non-profit, tax exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code, FEIN 54-1245729.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Clearview Elementary School’s 720+ students by supporting school activities and events as well as subsidize participation for students coming from families in financial need.  With approximately 51% of Clearview Elementary students considered low-income families we have been deemed a Title l school and as such, Clearview PTA fundraisers have become even more pivotal to the success and well being of our students.

Should you consider supporting this worthy cause, simply email the attached donation form to Arpita Patel arpitaptl@gmail.com or drop it off along with your donation at the school. We will also gladly arrange for pickup of your donation, or it can be mailed to Clearview Elementary PTA Attention: Arpita Patel, 12635 Builders Road, Herndon VA 20170. In order for your item to be included in the auction brochure, we must receive it by April 10th, 2022.
