I volunteer at Farmers Christian Academy here in Morehead, Kentucky. We have a soup bean dinner each year and they ask each of the teachers and parents to request donations for our auction. In years past donations for trips in the area were a big hit at our auction, so thought to contact you this year. I was just wondering if we could count on your help, in the form of a donation, for our annual Soup Bean Dinner and Auction planned for February 9, 2024. We have started asking a bit earlier than usual in order to give supporting businesses and individuals more time to respond.

This year the auction will be online and the dinner will be in a to-go format as well as an in person option. We expect to reach approximately 800-900 people so your business would receive significant publicity for your donation.

We are a small Christian school. We rely on fundraising efforts and receive no state or federal funding. We depend on the support of individuals and companies like yours.
