Dear Friend,

This request is being made by the parents and faculty who represent over 300 special education and general education students at Martin Avenue Elementary School. We are holding our ANNUAL FUNDRAISER, an auction, on May 14, 2020 at The Coral House in Baldwin, New York. This event is our largest fundraising activity of the year! The money we raise at our Annual Auction helps the PTA to fund cultural arts, school enhancements for the students, seasonal activities, events and parties that the district funding does not provide for. In order to make it a success, we need your support! Our auction provides businesses like yours the opportunity to show your support for our community. 

Given our current economic times, we appreciate any donation you are able to give, whether it is an item from your inventory or a gift certificate. Cash/Check donations are also accepted and will be used to purchase prizes for our auction. All proceeds from the auction will go directly to the children.

Please know that we are a non-profit (501c-3) group. Your donation and you will be credited as a sponsor at the annual auction in our catalog and on social media. A letter of receipt will kindly be furnished upon request. No donation is too small and we truly appreciate your generosity!
