The St. Joseph Catholic School PTO strives to provide our exceptional teachers and staff, raise funds
to benefit our students, and foster fellowship within our community. Thank you for your interest in
helping us achieve our fundraising goals. Our parents happily patronize our business partners.
On April 29, 2023, we will host our school’s largest fundraiser: Spring Fling Auction and Dinner. The
event features both silent and live auctions to include trips, experiences, gift cards, merchandise, and
services generously donated by businesses like yours. Typical attendance is around 250 community
members. In addition to the live auction, we will offer a portion of items for online bidding for those
who cannot attend.
The event’s proceeds will help expand our greenhouse and outdoor classroom as well as enrich our
Music program. Our students will greatly benefit from instruments and other creative items.
Please consider participating in one or more of the following ways:
● Donation of an auction item, gift certificate, or gift basket
● Sponsorship, underwriting, or cash donation
● Program booklet advertiser

To thank you for your generosity, your business name will appear in several places including the
event program, promotional materials, and on our event webpage. For further marketing and
advertisement opportunities, please see the attached Sponsorship OR Underwriter Agreement and
Program Advertisement Agreement. We will provide a donation receipt letter with our tax exempt ID
number (Federal Tax #54-1086839) for your records. St. Joseph Catholic School is designated as a
501c(3) nonprofit organization and all donors/sponsors are entitled to a charitable deduction as
allowed by law.
All donations/sponsorship paperwork must be submitted no later than March 17, 2023 to ensure
proper recognition in marketing materials and at the auction. If you have questions or need further
