Hello. My name is Jennah, and I am the Vice President of the Charles
P. Murray PTA, a 501(c)3 organization. Last year, we did a raffle as a
fundraiser, and it was very popular with the students and parents.
With the generous donations from businesses, we were able to have 7
baskets and raised over $1,500! This money goes directly back to the
school and is used for supplies for the classrooms, grants for the
teachers who may want a big ticket item to use when teaching, helping
students go on field trips who may not be able to otherwise due to
family finances, water bottle filling stations, a celebration every 9
weeks for honor roll students, and we feed the teachers and staff the
first Friday of every month, just to name a few.

After the success of last year, I would like to make this year even
better, and I'm sure I can do so with your help! The raffle will be in
the spring (raffle tickets will be on sale April 01-30, 2024) but I am
seeking raffle donations now, so businesses have ample notice if they
are able to donate. I would like to have all raffle items in hand no
later than April 01, 2024. We are looking for businesses, restaurants,
experiences and such that are willing to donate items for our raffle.
These items may include, but are not limited to, gift cards, events,
items, or swag from your business. I am able to provide you with a tax
ID letter for business donation purposes.

Please let me know if this is something you are willing, and able to
do. It is very much appreciated by the PTA, but especially by our
