Description

We are a small non-profit 501c3 organization with 72 employees that provide numerous needed services to our rural community.  Each Fall, we have an all day mandatory employee training event.  To encourage and recognize employees loyalty and service, we seek door prizes to give away to our employees during the training.

We offer several diverse services and free programs for our community including a health clinic that provides services on a sliding scale payment program for those that do not have insurance.  No one is ever turned away based on their ability to pay for care. Our clinic also offers behavorial health services and health education classes.  We also have the only Black Lung clinic in TN.  Our staff assist retired miners and their families to be tested for free and appling for benefits if they qualify.  They help navigate the paperwork and process on behalf of the miners at no charge ever to the miner.  Our Family Services department operates 2 domestic violence shelters, a free clothing closet, free health education programs and onsite counseling.  We also have several other programs including Generation Hope which goes into classroom using the Botvin Life Skills program to teach children about bullying, dangers of drugs and vaping.  We oversee the 8th Judicial District Recovery Court program, Dolly's Imagination Library program for Campbell County and we offer a free financial literacy program as well to help those that are struggling with money.

Our goal is to seek enough donations so that each of our valuable employees will receive a door prize as a show of appreciation for all that they do for our community.  Therefore, we are requesting a donation for said door prizes from your organization partners.
