Description
The Step Up for Down Syndrome Awareness Walk and Festival is DS ACT’s largest celebration and fundraising event of the year. The Step Up Walk includes a 1 mile awareness walk, food,games, entertainment, music and more for all ages! Donations from the day provide vital, life-changing programs and services to more than 2,000 individuals with Down syndrome and their families in Connecticut. All funds raised stay local. The mission of the Down Syndrome Association of Connecticutis to encourage intentionally inclusive communities while providing resources and support to individuals who live with Down syndrome and their advocates.
