The Summer Reading at large has been a tradition since the 1890s. It promotes literacy and a love of lifelong learning in children and teens. The Warminster Library’s Summer Reading program furthers that goal, and tackles the loss of academic achievement in the summer months head on. We offer free programs that inspire young minds, and build lifelong reading habits in a safe and welcoming environment. Donations like yours will serve as prizes to encourage and draw in reluctant readers who will benefit the most from our programs and services. Our ultimate goal is to foster a love of reading, libraries, and learning. 

We also offer an adult Summer Reading program, so everyone can join the fun! This year, our theme is "Oceans of Possibilities," and we will be holding craft, art, science, and history programs throughout the summer months. Summer Reading starts on June 20 and runs for 7 weeks until August 7th. All donations and prizes are given out at the end of the program.

In addition to helping us reward our library patrons, a donation would help promote your business and help foster a sense of community. We would be happy to thank you publicly for your generosity, and promote your your business at the same time.
