We are writing to you on behalf of the Junior Woman’s Club of Harrington Park to request a donation for our annual tricky tray fundraising event scheduled for May 11, 2023 in Emerson, NJ. At this event of around 150 community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. 

The Junior Woman’s Club of Harrington Park has been an established group within the community since 1972. We do not have any hired employees and are 100% run by volunteers. The proceeds from our event will help our organization continue to support local and national charitable organizations such as the Center for Help and Safety, The Valley Program Foundation, and Family Promise of Bergen County. Annually we also sponsor scholarships for two graduating seniors from Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan. In 2022, our group also proudly donated $1,000 to UNICEF in support of the crisis in Ukraine. Our community events are among our biggest fundraising opportunities and we kindly ask you to support us with a donation.  We are requesting a larger item to be individually raffled or a gift item or gift certificate to be included within a basket of other items. The guests who attend this event will be encouraged to shop at the businesses who graciously support us!
