To Whom It May Concern:

The Indian Trail Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is hosting its Annual Trivia Night Fundraiser on Saturday April 22, 2023 at the Moose Lodge in Downers Grove, Illinois. Indian Trail has a diverse set of learners and age groups, ranging preschool to 6th Grade, and serves as home to the district’s RISE Program.[1]

The proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to support the impactful programs and initiatives that our PTA organizes for our school, our teachers, our families, and our students, including:

• Engaging art and culture field trips such as theater performances

• Free student and family programs, like the Back to School Bash, Halloween Trunk or Treat, the Family Winter Fest, Family Roller Skating, Family Bingo Night, and the International Fair.

• Recess supplies and new physical education equipment.   

We are asking for you to support our fundraising efforts by donating an item that can be used as a raffle giveaway. Your generosity will be recognized in our listing and signage for the raffle as well as on social media and the PTA website. We hope you will consider supporting our efforts. 

Items can be mailed to the Indian Trail PTA in care of Blair Covino, Indian Trail Elementary School, 6235 Stonewall Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60516. Alternatively, we would be happy to set a date and time for pick-up with one of our volunteers.

The Indian Trail PTA’s goal is to promote the welfare of Indian Trail Elementary School children in the home, school and community. Thanks to local supporters like you, we can continue meeting our goal and bring the local Indian Trail community together at this fundraising event.
