Bow Ball acts as the Rowing Team at the University of Georgia’s largest fundraising event, taking the form of a silent auction in person in a gala setting. This event is set to be hosted in the evening in late April at Monkey Wrench Brewing at 3425 Martin Farm Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024, open for all UGA Rowing alumni, families, friends, and community members alike. The cost of entry of $40 shall provide two free drinks, a catered meal, and access to the silent auction where a variety of donated and acquired items shall be on display, with prices varying for our younger audience which is more than welcome to attend. A live band should be in attendance as well to offer entertainment for the guests as they enjoy themselves on the food and take part in the auction. All proceeds go towards the Rowing Team at the University of Georgia to help keep maintain the team’s equipment and the cost of travel and entry in races across the nation.
