Dear Friends, 

Wolfeboro Nursery School (WNS) has been a beloved institution in our community for over 65 years. What started decades ago, as a small cooperative nursery school has grown over the years into a well respected, sought after preschool, helping prepare local children for kindergarten and beyond. 

After surviving a crazy year, where we were unable to hold many of our fundraisers necessary to keep our school open, we are eagerly and optimistically planning our 2021 main event and would love your help!

Our Annual Father Daughter and Mother Son Dances (two festive evenings out for girls and boys aged preschool - sixth grade and the special ladies and gentlemen in their lives) is set for June 4th & 5th outside at the Kingswood Golf Club. We are looking to gather product donations and gift certificates from local establishments like yours, to be auctioned off, alone or as part of a larger prize package, during our silent auction. We will happily give your business recognition at the event, on our website and in
press releases as a generous supporter of our school.

As the one of the last traditional, non-profit preschools left in Wolfeboro, WNS strives to keep tuition affordable for all families, therefore it is set at a lower amount than what it actually costs to educate each child. As a result, we are tasked with bridging this gap between our school’s operating costs and tuition income. With your support, we can we can uphold our mission of offering quality play-based education for both current and future students.

We also strive to maintain a successful tuition assistance program. We believe all children in our community should be given the same opportunity to benefit from the education WNS provides, not based on their family’s ability to pay. Over the past three years alone, we were able to provide tuition assistance to over 20 children that otherwise wouldn’t have been able to attend.

This annual event, now celebrating it’s 23rd year, is a much loved tradition in our community. In addition to the silent auction, there is a pick-a-prize penny auction for the children, dinner, dessert bar, photo booth, music and dancing.
