The Youth Group at First Presbyterian Church is a rich in faith program where teenagers learn the value of being a part of a team and mature to become hard-working, selfless & productive members of society. They spend one week each summer working alongside partners in communities around the United States and Puerto Rico. They earn their way to go on these mission trips by serving their own community throughout the year by helping the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen, homeless shelters, food banks, and housing construction in the underserved areas of our community. This year we'll be traveling to Fairbanks, Alaska where we will partner with various community programs to combat homelessness and be a part of spiritual healing in the community through construction and social initiatives. 

These trips are exceedingly expensive and in order to keep the cost down in order for families to send their teens on such an important mission, we need to raise a significant amount of funds to offset these costs. Any donation, in-kind, cash, products, etc., will be used at our Annual Youth Auction.  Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated and will be serving a good cause.
