On Saturday, February 8th, 2020, Aveson's Fundraising Team is hosting an event, “Ante Up for Aveson: Casino Night & Auction,” at Aveson Global Leadership Academy in Altadena.

For more than a decade, Aveson Charter School has served children in our community from kindergarten through 12th grade. Our public charter school provides a personalized, experience-based learning environment in which teachers work to meet the needs of every student and offer all students their greatest opportunity to learn. Aveson focuses on personalized learning, healthy living, and leadership skills, so that students become exemplary citizens within their school community and beyond.

To support personalized learning, Aveson relies on small classes with a lead teacher and instructional aide in each classroom. Ante Up for Aveson plans to raise $20,000 to ensure we can continue this model for success. Approximately 250 parents and staff will attend the event, but our entire community of more than 600 families will access our silent auction through an online platform as well.
