Audubon Peer to Peer Aid is currently fundraising for a Beef and Beer that we have planned for this November and we could use your help. We are a volunteer run, community led 501-c Non-Profit that aims to connect people in need with a community that can help. We accept requests for help from those in need and anonymously post to our community to get the donations needed. We pride ourselves in delivering to those in need as soon as possible, typically within 2-5 days. While our initial plan was not to become a food bank, during the pandemic the needs of those around us changed. What once was a once-a-week type of need has now become an everyday demand. While our community of supporters has gotten us through bare shelves time and time again, we are finding it difficult to fulfil the needs at hand with the overwhelming need for food from people in need outweighing what is coming in from those that help. Our staff is completely volunteer based, every penny donated to our cause goes to replenishing the shelves or paying the rent for our food pantry. While the growth of Audubon Peer to Peer Aid is truly humbling, we are struggling to keep the shelves stocked. Money raised from the Beef and Beer will help us ensure that we can continue helping those in need.
