Description

I am writing to you on behalf of Arco Iris Spanish Immersion Charter School, requesting support for our 10th Annual Fiesta Night & Auction.  We are Beaverton’s first public charter school and strive to prepare students to become responsible citizens and life-long learners.  Our school promotes bilingualism, biliteracy, cultural competence and high academic performance.  Despite the fact that we only receive 80% of the funding of other schools in the Beaverton School District, our test scores were in the top 10% statewide.  Here is where you come in – Arco Iris needs community assistance to continue to perform at the exceptional level it has since it was founded in 2010.
Our Event: On May 9, 2020, we will be holding our Auction at the Elysian Ballroom to offset shortfalls of being a public charter school and to enhance our curriculum, environment, and special programs offered to our students.  Our event includes food, beverages, and entertainment to 230 attendees and features both silent and live auctions.  
How You Can Help:  As a member of our community we hope you will join us in supporting our school this year through a donation highlighting your business. Your donation will be on display at the auction and will provide an opportunity to promote your business to local families and community leaders while supporting quality education.  In return for your donation, we would like to offer your business the following promotional consideration:

▪       Recognition within our school (example: social media, webpages and/or yearbook)
