Dear Owner/Manager,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Arete Prep Academy Golf tournament and raffle fundraiser to be held on March 26, 2022 at the Kokopelli Golf Course in Gilbert, Arizona. We are looking for raffle/silent auction items for this event and think your product/venue would be a perfect addition!

We are also looking for goody bag items. Please let me know if you have samples, coupons, marketing items, flyers or such you'd like to provide for approximately 150 bags.

We will be acknowledging our generous donors publicly at the event and in our newsletter that reaches thousands of families. We will also display any promotional materials that you provide.
