Arizona Elk Society 23rd Annual Banquet
Gala/Party for Arizona Elk SocietyApr 06, 2024 from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Our annual banquet in Mesa, Arizona is the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts. Nine-hundred sportsmen and wildlife enthusiast come together for a night to help raise much needed funding for our projects and programs. Doors open at 4pm kicking off happy hour with multitude of games, general raffles, lady's raffles, balloon raffles, dinner at 6pm, followed by a full evening of exciting live and silent auctions conducted by an auctioneer. 100% of the funds generated go to our year-round programs and projects that support conservation, disabled veterans and our youth.
The proceeds will fund our habitat programs, riparian restorations, water for wildlife drinkers across elk range each year, grassland restoration and more. Heroes Rising Outdoors program offers disabled veterans outdoor experiences to help them heal through hunting, equine therapy, fishing outings, and more. Our youth camps educate over 650 children each year about the importance of wildlife conservation, restoring land for wildlife, and volunteerism. In addition, our sawyer program partners with our trained volunteer wild land chainsaw crew with USFS to assist with the thinning of the forest for improved habitat and fire saftey.
