Description

Good afternoon,

I am reaching out on behalf of the Arizona Elk Society regarding an in-kind donation of a gift certificate for the Flagstaff location to be placed in our raffles at our 2024 annual banquet. Arizona Elk Society (AES) is a non-profit based in Arizona and has been in existence since 2001. AES’s mission is to benefit Arizona’s wildlife by generating resources for habitat conservation and restorations to preserve our outdoor heritage for present and future generations to come. AES is the largest state wildlife conservation organization dedicated to Arizona elk herds and other wildlife. Our annual banquets are the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts.

One hundred percent of the proceeds will fund our programs and projects. Our habitat programs include riparian restorations, water for wildlife, grassland restoration and more. Our youth camps educate over 500 youth a year about the importance of wildlife conservation restoring land for wildlife. Heroes Rising Outdoors program, we provide over 200 disabled veterans a chance to get outdoors and participate in activities in Arizona to help them heal through hunting, equine therapy, and fishing outings. In addition to our sawyer program, our volunteers are USFS trained wild-land chainsaw crew that thin the forest for improved habitat and fire safety.

Our 24th annual banquet in Mesa, AZ April 5th 2025 at th Mesa Convention Center has a total of 900 conservationist, sportsmen and wildlife enthusiast in attendance.

Donors are listed in the program given to every attendee. Signage with your logo will be placed next to the donated items and logo will be on screen scrolling.

Thank you for your time and consideration. If you have any questions or would like any additional details on AES or our programs, please give me a call at 623-444-4147.
