As the largest child advocacy association in Arizona, Arizona PTA has worked
collaboratively for 116 years with many national education, health, safety, and child
advocacy groups and federal agencies on projects that benefit children and bring
valuable resources to our over 20,000 members. Arizona PTA is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt
nonprofit association with over 230 local school units statewide allowing us to speak for
everyChild.oneVoice so that we can make every child’s potential a reality right here in
our state!
We are contacting you today to request your assistance with our 116
th Annual State
PTA Convention. Arizona PTA is seeking donations and sponsorships from local
businesses. We would use any funds collected towards supporting our members at the
annual convention. We are open to non-cash donations as well; and would make every
effort to use those in-kind items as incentives or in ways to support our vision. We are a
volunteer-based organization serving the entire state of Arizona. Your company’s
donation/sponsorship would assist us in supporting schools and children all over the
state. Our PTA and members are very loyal to our sponsors. For your support, we
would include your company on our upcoming publications and social media.
