We are contacting you today to request your assistance with our 118th Annual State PTA Convention. Arizona PTA is seeking donations and sponsorships from local businesses. We would use any funds collected towards supporting our members at the annual convention. We are open to non-cash donations as well; and would make every effort to use those in-kind items as incentives or in ways to support our vision. We are a volunteer-based organization serving the entire state of Arizona. Your company’s donation/sponsorship would assist us in supporting schools and children all over the state.
