Dear Potential Donor,

I am a member of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at Arrowhead Elementary School, located in the heart of the Three Village School District. As we gear up for our annual Basket Dinner Raffle, we are reaching out to family-friendly businesses like yours to ask for your support through donations.

Our Basket Dinner Raffle is a cherished tradition at Arrowhead Elementary, bringing together our school community for an evening of fun, food, and fundraising. With your generous contributions, we can make this year's event even more memorable while raising vital funds to support our students and staff.

All donations received will be used to fund essential programs, provide grants, and offer meaningful givebacks to our dedicated students and staff. Your support will directly impact the educational experiences of our students and help us create a nurturing and enriching environment for learning.

We welcome donations of any amount, items, discounts, or services that your business can offer. We know many families in our community have always enjoyed coming out to support our annual raffle basket dinner. Winning a basket would be exciting for any of our community members. In return for your generosity, we will ensure that your business receives recognition in our printed brochure listed next to your donation, which will be distributed to every attendee at our Basket Dinner Raffle. Your donation will not only make a difference in the lives of our students but also provide your business with positive exposure and recognition within our community.

To provide additional value to our supporters, we are excited to extend the option for businesses to purchase ad space in our printed brochure. For a donation of $50, your business will receive a quarter-page feature. A donation of $75 will secure a half-page feature, and for $100, your business will receive a full-page feature. This includes ad space where you can showcase your business, maximizing your visibility to our attendees while supporting a worthy cause. A printed brochure will be at every place setting for each of our guests. Additionally, we will keep a digital version of our brochure on our website and facebook page to reach our members who aren't able to be in attendance.
