We are excited to announce that after taking two years off due to Covid, the Arroyo Vista School is once again holding our annual carnival! The event, “Spring Into Summer,” will be held on Friday, May 13th from 2:30-7:30pm. We would love for you to be a part of it. There are several ways for you to participate!

An Open Event for All...

Everyone in our community is encouraged to attend our special day of fun and fundraising. “Spring Into Summer” will feature carnival rides, attractions, games, a sponsor EXPO, a silent auction, entertainment and plenty of food and refreshments.

EXPO and Other Sponsorship Opportunities...

We also invite you to consider sponsoring our event. This is a great opportunity for you to advertise a business, earn community awareness and build positive relationships with the over 2500 attendees. We provide ample signage, can get your name out on over 1200 flyers, and provide a display table in our EXPO area. We are eager to create the right sponsorship opportunity for all who are interested. We need all sponsor money and forms turned in by April 15th to ensure that your name will appear on the flyers and your banner will be ready for the event.

Silent Auction...

We are hopeful that our silent auction will be another huge success. Again this year, we have a special team dedicated to wrapping, displaying and promoting each donation for maximum exposure to our attendees. We kindly ask you to consider including a donation for this unique marketing opportunity. Your tax-deductible donation will help us meet the educational needs of our children.

A Win-Win for All Involved...

Money raised at the carnival will be used to help fund our Accelerated Reader program, Meet the Masters, educational assemblies, field trips, science and math programs, and many more educational programs and activities. As our school district, county and state are in financial distress, our students are no longer provided many programs without PTA funding. Arroyo Vista’s PTA is hoping you will join us to insure that our kids are able to experience art, music and technology at school.
