Arroyo Vista K-8 school PTA organizes School Carnival every year and we have a Silent Auction during the Carnival. The PTA has only 2 fundraising events in a year and this is the most popular one, attended by approximately 2500 people in the community. The funds raised from the Carnival and Silent Auction will be used to run various school programs sponsored by the PTA. Some of the programs PTA sponsor includes Elementary music, Science booster events, Ability Awareness programs, Field Trips etc. Our 2023 Carnival is on May 12th and we are wondering whether your business will be kind enough to donate towards the silent auction to support us. We would greatly appreciate any support from you. We will be displaying the organization/business information next to the donations in our silent auction.
