Art Bra Austin is the major fundraisder for the Breast Cancer Resource Center (BCRC) and it is being held at the Farimont Hotel on June 7th in Austin, Texas.  It is a runway style fashion show and gala where all the models are breast cancer survivors, like me.  This is more than a fashion show; its a luxiurious celebration of creativity and reslience, where breast cancers survivors walk the runway in designs that symbolize their strencth and grace.  Each bra becomes a powerful statement - wearable art that embraces empowerment through beauty and style. The wearable art pieces are auctioned off to the highest bidder.  The evnet also has a silent auction component.  All the money raised at Art Bra Austin helps to fund BCRC's mission and services.  BCRC provides patient navigation services and resources to breast cancer patients and their caregivers.  We will have 25 models this year, with 2 being male survivors.  BCRC is celebrating its 30th year of existence this year.
