We will have carnival games, face painters, a photographer, Star Wars characters, and the Walk. We will also have pizza and soda or water available for purchase, and a raffle and silent auction. We are still waiting to hear from Kona Ice, as to whether or not they'll have a truck available. This is an Awareness/Fundraising event for The American Syringomyelia and Chiari Alliance Project, Inc., a nonprofit organization that funds research looking for a cure for Chiari Malformation Syndrome, while also working to improve the lives of patients by providing access to the latest in medical research, assisting patients in finding specialists, providing scholarships for patients for necessary medical equipment, and sponsoring a yearly conference for professionals, patients, and their families where the most recent research is presented.
