Since 1986, NCMC has fostered the love and pursuit of music in our community through its programs of quality music education, performances, and activities that are accessible to all. Its extraordinary faculty offers a diverse range of musical programs and concerts to more than 850 adults, children, and families in our surrounding communities, and brings musical performances and outreach opportunities to hundreds more each year. NCMC is the only nonprofit music school in Hampshire County that offers financial aid: no one is ever turned away for an inability to pay. Much of this is possible because of continuing support from our local business community of music advocates.

So, in our 36th year, we are announcing that it is time once again to celebrate the NCMC community with our annual Auction for Community Music. Co-sponsored by UMassFive College Federal Credit Union, Wright Builders, Northeast Solar, and the Mass Cultural Council, the auction will launch on Friday, February 17 at 11:00 am and will conclude onFriday, March 4th at 9:00 pm.

If you are able to donate an item for this year’s NCMC auction, please complete our online business sponsorship form at ncmc.net/sponsors by February 1st. All items will be featured on our silent auction page throughout the 15 days of the auction. Your business name and web link will be acknowledged alongside your donated item throughout the auction’s duration. Where appropriate, we will photograph your donation and provide a description which will be posted on the auction site. The online auction is a chance to express your commitment to community music and also enhance your visibility by connecting your
business with this signature NCMC event and the influential market we represent. We know from our experience with you that you appreciate and value NCMC and the role it has in creating and promoting quality, community music, and we are thrilled to think that we can count on you again this year.
