My name is Tracie Moon and I am with Labette Community College's Foundation and Alumni committee for our annual auction for scholarships. This is our 25th year! Labette Community College makes a difference in our community by offering quality affordable higher education. We continue to provide scholarships locally to encourage people to train for careers and join in the local workforce. It benefits everyone by making it possible for college students to stay in college! We appreciate your past donations and hope that you will consider a donation to the Auction for Scholarships sponsored by our Foundation and Alumni Association again this year. Our annual live and silent auction will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024. We will also be holding an online exclusive auction that will run the week after the auction! Support of this event raises money for students in need each year. With strong support from area businesses and people like you, we have raised more than $750,000 for scholarships through this auction.
