Description
The Hearst Elementary School PTA is requesting a donation for our annual Live & Silent Auction on March 1, 2024.
At this event, attended by 200 parents and school faculty, we auction off gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated.
The event proceeds will help pay for school events, PE equipment, garden program, arts program.
This is our largest fundraising event of the year, but we can only reach our fundraising goal with the generosity of parents, businesses, and community members.
Our school has over 550 students and a very active PTA and community that greatly appreciates our donors.
