Description

Our Annual Autism Acceptance Walk will be at the SoCal Railway Museum in Perris. We anticipate over 2,000 participants at the walk. This annual walk raises Autism acceptance in the community and much-needed funds to support our Autism families. All - 100% of funds raised through the Walk go directly back into the organization to help provide resources and support to our autism community.

The Walk will feature the following:

  • Resource Fair with family support information
  • FUN Zone for the whole family! We will have exciting activities including inflatable attractions, crafts, characters, and more!
  • Train ride
  • Yummy Food Trucks
  • Marketplace for Autism Entrepreneurs. This is an opportunity for young people with Autism to practice owning their own business by selling items they have created!
  • Access to the Railway Museum
  • Safety Fair area with helpful safety tips and resources. The local Fire Department will be present along with other First Responders.

Our success depends on the generosity of businesses like yours who are willing to donate prizes for our raffle to generate funds for services and programs to the community.  Not only would your donation benefit our community, but we would also be proud to promote your business. We have a combined reach of over 27,000 families via our e-marketing contacts and social channels/platforms.

We would like to request your support in the form of an in-kind contribution such as gift cards, certificates for service, tickets, products and/or gift baskets, etc. If you would like to contribute, please contact us at (951) 220-6922 or email at volunteers@ieautism.org. The Autism Society Inland Empire is an officially recognized 501c3 non-profit organization, your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our Tax ID number is 45-5376014.

The Autism Society Inland Empire currently serves families spanning across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in the Inland Empire. Currently, over 19,000 children and adults need support and education on the many issues our families face. With 1 in 26 children now being diagnosed with Autism in California, the need continues to grow. We provide critical services such as education and training, systems navigation, social recreation and wellness opportunities, and inclusive family events.
