The Autism Shines Gala is in its 21st year and is the Autism Society of Alabama's premier fundraising event. All proceeds from the gala benefit the mission and projects of the Autism Society of Alabama. Our mission is to continue to serve the 1 in 59 individuals affected by autism through our compassionate programs, education and advocacy. This event is hosted in Birmingham and includes a seated dinner, music, awards and a silent and live auction. We spotlight some of our friends on the spectrum and their talents. A ballerina will perform and her parents' band will be providing the music for the evening.
