The Awards Gala will be held that evening on the campus of Virginia Union University’s Living Learning Center, 1500 North Lombardy Street in
Richmond, Virginia beginning at 6:00 pm. The Awards Ceremony will celebrate individuals and businesses that are transforming our community through Finance, Education, Food Insufficiencies, Housing, Social Justice and Healthcare.
The Community Transformers Foundation’s mission is dedicated to building collaborations within communities in order to develop sustainable programs that address the social determinants of health that promote health and social equity.
