Children who have been adopted often need support throughout their childhood to help process past traumas or feelings associated with being adopted. Often family therapy is helpful to enable the family to work through issues and bond together. Axia is partnering with local trauma informed therapists to subsidize the cost of family therapy that is most often not covered by insurance.
