Since its start in 1988, BAAC has grown into a nationally recognized non-profit organization that promotes and supports the arts by providing opportunities for artistic expression, education, and enjoyment in the Batesville area. Our key function has been to provide funds for the 2,700 students who attend the four public and two private schools in Batesville and Oldenburg. The auction is our primary fundraiser to support this and all of our community art and programming. BAAC spends over $40,000 in arts-related disciplines for students each year through our Arts-in-Education program.

The auction's success directly and significantly impacts the quality of programming we can bring to the schools and the community. Our local schools are among the best in the state, and we are proud to support that success. The auction raises approximately one-third of the annual budget of the BAAC. The remaining funds come from grants, ticket sales, and membership dues. We welcome your support
