I am a board member of an organization named BACE, Inc.

EIN 74-2593788. We are hosting a silent auction, May 3, 2023.  All proceeds from this event benefit our scholarship fund which is awarded to four deserving students each year. This year we are hoping to offer support to two additional students.

Financial support is extremely important to BACE, as we rely on donations to provide scholarships and services in the community that are greatly needed. Because of this, we are requesting an in-kind donation to use as one of the silent auction items to bid on or a monetary donation. We are hoping to raise $5000 at the silent auction.

BACE is dedicated to the promotion of awareness and appreciation for African American culture and heritage by supporting charitable and educational activities. The BACE Educational Scholarship Award recognizes merit in academics, leadership, and the potential for success in special talent areas such as athletics and the arts, regardless of race or ethnicity. BACE will award up to three (5) $1000 scholarships to deserving high school seniors and one (1) undergraduate student.
