In partnership with the Spencer-Owen Community Schools, the Owen County Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 7th annual Back to School Expo on Saturday, July 24th from 9:30 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the Owen County Fair Grounds. This year we will be doing a drive-thru, backwards parade! See your teachers, hear the OVHS Band, Mascots and so much more! This event is free and open to the community! Each school-aged child will receive a FREE backpack and school supplies, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. We provide over 600 backpacks filled with essential supplies for the children in and around our community.
