Description

Our 2nd Annual Bowling Night will be a fun filled, somewhat competitive night of bowling, September 30th at Du Bowl Lanes! Our first bowling night was our top-producing event for 2022 and we expect to expand the attendance due to Atlas' growing community presence.  And with an 80's theme, we expect a lot of laughter and reminiscing.

We offer shoe rental, 2 games and food with our ticket.  Along with our silent auction and main raffle portion, we will also have 2-3 raffles throughout the night with various prizes.

Atlas Youth Outreach strives to provide therapeutic, psycho-educational, and support groups that are relevant to the emotional and social growth of adolescents. The funds raised by this event will ensure these well-attended groups, free to the youth, can continue. Some examples of our groups are Depression and Self-Esteem Support, Anxiety Management, Anger Management, Healthy Relationships, School Based Anxiety Management, and School Based Conflict Resolution. Below are our vision and goals, so you can get to know us better.

Our Vision
To create a safe place for adolescents, ages 11-18, in Jefferson County to participate in therapeutic services that support social and emotional growth and provide new opportunities for them to gain knowledge for successful futures.

Our Goals
●  Provide support groups relevant to the social and emotional growth of adolescents such as support for teens in the foster care system, teens who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, and teens who are struggling with family separation.
● Create a drop-in center for teenagers to have access to homework assistance, career and college exploration, and life skills classes.
● Provide therapeutic groups for youth between the ages of 11 and 18 on mental health topics such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief.
