The first Barnard PTA Fundraising Gala and Auction since the pandemic will help raise funds to support: Mandarin-speaking teaching interns, experiential science in the classroom (San Diego Youth Science), supplemental curriculum (i.e. iReady, Raz-Kids, Mei Zhou Hua Yu, Quizlet, Scholastic News, Avant Mandarin language proficiency testing), English resource teacher, tutoring, field trips, campus improvements, P.E. equipment, classroom supplies, community events and more.

The event will take place Sunday, April 30, 2023, at the Thursday Club in Point Loma, with drinks and heavy hors d'euvres, caricature artist, DJ, and ocean view! Principal, teachers, families, and local leaders will be in attendance.
