Description

Dear Community Partner,

I am writing on behalf of the Barnesville School of Arts & Sciences. We are a private, independent, coeducational

schoolforgradesEarlyChildhoodthrough8th grade, uniquelylocatedonMontgomeryCounty’sAgricultural Reserve. We provide a joyful and supportive learning environment, and a vigorous academic program that integrates the humanities, arts, math, and science to help each student reach personal academic excellence, paying specific attention to the “whole child.”

In support of bringing our community together, the Barnesville School of Arts & Sciences is hosting our annual in- person Gala and Auction on April 13, 2024, at The Crossvines in Poolesville, Maryland. Attendees include our families and their guests, local community members, and business leaders from within District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia representing a wide geographic area.

To make this event a true triumph, we are asking for your help knowing we are always stronger when we stand together on behalf of all our students. Thus, we invite your participation as we raise money for our community and come together for one common goal - to make it possible for us to fulfill our Strategic Plan by Empowering Student Excellence, Exemplifying an Inclusive Community, Communicating our Identity, and Strengthening our Financial Sustainability.

We would be honored if your organization would consider supporting our event by becoming a financial sponsor and/or donating to our silent and live auctions. In return, your business’ name would be promoted and showcased in our digital auction catalog. Gift certificates, services, and items unique to your business are welcomed contributions, all of which are tax-deductible. We kindly ask for a response on or before, March 15, 2024. The importance of your support cannot be overstated, as each gift impacts the life and education of every Barnesville student.

If you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you in advance and JOYful wishes from everyone at Barnesville School of Arts & Sciences. With sincere gratitude,
