The West End Elementary School PTA is preparing to sponsor our annual basket auction -- a fun filled evening of fundraising and charity. This year’s Basket Auction will be held on Saturday, March 23,2024 at the school, and we need your help. 

The volunteer parents of the West End PTA sponsor many events and activities for the students throughout the year, and do what we can to get them additional educational supplies and opportunities.  One of the goals of the PTA is to promote healthy living by encouraging movement and exercise. We hope to use the funds raised with the basket auction to provide the students an environment that is fun and provides social emotional learning. Through the support of businesses in our community (or of the places we travel to visit), we are able to continue with this important mission.

With this in mind, we ask you to support the children of the West End School and be a part of this event by donating merchandise, goods, services or gift certificates to be used in the basket auction. Because we value your donation, we will clearly display the source of every item.  Our school has an enrollment of approximately 550 students grades K-4, so you will receive valuable publicity from your donation.
