To Whom It May Concern,

 The Runnemede PTA will be hosting a Basket Auction Night and I am writing to you today in hope of soliciting your support.  Your support will help us bring a wide variety of educational materials and programs into the classroom at the Runnemede Public Schools.

The PTA provides money for field trips, cultural arts assemblies, classroom supplies and other educational materials to enhance our children’s education. In addition, we provide support to the families in our community that may need it under hardship.   This is our 10th annual event in which we contact different organizations and vendors each year to help make this a success. All of the profits will go back to our children in our schools whose current enrollment is 854. We are anticipating 350 attendees this year to make this our largest ever. 

 The annual auction is scheduled for May 10, 2019.  The Basket Auction Committee will be creating a variety of baskets such as household products, toys, small appliances and gift certificates etc.  Your business can make a donation of either a product, service or monetary and it will be greatly appreciated.  As we have done in the past we will recognize your contribution in our program guide, on the baskets themselves, by announcing your participation during the auction, and in our end of the year newsletter.

 Our organization is a non-profit organization under sec 501 c (3) of the Internal Revenue code.  Your donation is tax deductible.  Our tax ID number is: 23-7213875.
