I am writing to you on behalf of the Chichester Soccer Club located in Lower Chichester PA. 

My name is Lauren Ottinger and I am the fundraising coordinator for the organization. 

 The purpose of our club is to promote, foster and perpetuate the game of soccer on the amateur level. We strive to teach the youth of our community, Marcus Hook, Lower Chichester, Upper Chichester, Trainer and other surrounding communities, good sportsmanship and have a high level of standards. 

This year we will be hosting a Spring and Fall Basket Bonanza Event. For this event we will be having a silent auction and basket raffle. We will also be selling hot dogs and light refreshments-  this is where you could help us out, we’re looking for donation of food items. This is one of our biggest ways to raise funds to support our club and help keep the cost down for our members. 

 What we are looking for are any type of donations that would help us with our event. I would like to thank you and your business for taking the time to consider helping our community and the Chichester Soccer Club raise funds.
