Dear Neighbor, 

I’m a volunteer at Liberty Bell Youth Organization, and I’m reaching out on behalf of the children of our community to ask for your support of our fundraiser on June 18, 2022. 

Liberty Bell Youth Organization is a nonprofit dedicated to helping children in our community. We strongly value the life long lessons team sports offer to children to help them grow into strong adults. We value friendships and memories made during these sports, both on and off the field. We also believe that all kids should be able to play, regardless of their financial situation. That is why we are reaching out to you for support. Because of the high rate of gun violence in Philadelphia, we wish to foster a safe environment where children can learn the value of hard work, honesty, and teamwork. We believe your company and employees represent and exemplify these values. For this reason we believe a donation from your company could make our event a great success.

LBYO basket raffle is a raffle event that takes place on June 18th, 2022 at Sergeant Patrick McDonald Gym on 10851 Calera Rd, 19154. Proceeds will benefit registration assistance and equipment updates for children of the community. We are looking for gift cards, money, or item donations that can be used to create baskets to be raffled.  All businesses who donate will be listed on the club’s social media and the clubhouse bulletin board.  A photo of your items in the basket raffle will also be posted to these outlets so our LBYO families and the surrounding community can thank you as well.

We expect an audience of approximately 200 or more, and we are happy to display information about your company to recognize its status as a donor to our event. If there are specific promotional materials that you would like for us to display, please let us know.

We are able to pick-up the donation from your location. If you would like to support our event, we kindly ask that you send the donation items to: John Cameron at 8031 Rowland Avenue, 19136. Please let us know if this would be feasible.
