The Northampton Area Public Library is currently soliciting donations for our Annual
Online Auction, held October 6, 2025 – October 12, 2025, and our Annual
Basket Social, held on Friday, October 17, 2025. Your generous donations and
participation in the past have helped to make these events a smashing success.
Donations like yours provide the library the capability to offer the best services,
collections, technology, and programs to our community. 

Libraries have become more necessary than ever to provide individuals with
accessible news and entertainment. We know it's difficult to trust organizations to
spend wisely and provide the best services, and we hope your trust in us remains
steadfast. Right now, we are doing everything possible to provide services to our vast
community like increased summer outreach to our municipalities; create more
accessible, family-friendly and collaborative spaces within the library; monthly visits
to our Senior Centers and Living Facilities, and bi-monthly visits to our homebound
patrons. Now, more than ever, our community needs us. And we need you.

Northampton Area Public Library is an exempt organization as described in Section
501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations become the sole property of the
library. The library reserves the right to determine the location and other
considerations related to the use or disposition of all gifts.
