Hello this is a combination on line and in person auction.my name is Cynthia and I am in need of a liver transplant which is taking place 8 hours away. Help Hope Live mission statement 

Help Hope Live is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting community-based fundraising for individuals facing unmet medical and related expenses due to cell and organ transplants or catastrophic injuries and illnesses. 

Their mission is to bridge the gap between what health insurance covers and the actual cost of life sustaining health care and equipment.

I am currently on the waiting list for a life-saving liver transplant, and my family and I will need to relocate to Pittsburgh for treatment and transplant surgery.
