BBQ Bash Fundraiser

The 2022 BBQ Bash is a fundraising event for the East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center (ESGVJCC). Our mission is to foster and preserve the cultural heritage unique to Japanese Americans ancestry; and to serve the community through social services, artistic, recreational and educational programs. Our annual BBQ Bash will continue as a virtual event which includes a Drive-Thru Take-Out, Virtual Silent Auction and Live-Stream Super Raffle. The theme of this year's BBQ Bash is Los Angeles Sports! Our local teams have really shined during this pandemic by showing the level of commitment and dedication it takes to win championships. The ESGVJCC has shown the same level of commitment and dedication by keeping our facility and its members as safe as possible. Through these difficult times, the ESGVJCC has been able to adapt to the ever changing landscape of this pandemic by transitioning many of our existing programs and events into a virtual, drive through or outdoor format, resuming in-person classes and programs while also creating new programs to meet the needs of our families. Fundraisers like the BBQ Bash will allow us to continue providing quality programming for youth, seniors, and all those in between.
