Parents Alliance Employment Project is devoted to improving the lives for people with disabilities through individualized employment services.

Parents Alliance Employment Project was started over 40 years ago by a group of parents looking to combine employment and inclusion opportunities for youth with disabilities. Parents Alliance Employment Project provides a variety of programs and services to individuals with disabilities including career counseling, job training and preparation, job development, job placement, and job coaching.  Each of these services assists individuals with disabilities develop secure career plans, enter into and retain community employment to become independent members of the community.   

Be Inspired to Hire is an annual event that celebrates and awards businesses who have promoted diversity and disability inclusion in the workplace by hiring individuals with disabilities. All proceeds generated from this event will go directly towards the mission of Parents Alliance Employment Project to help individuals with disabilities gain meaningful employment.
