Net proceeds from Children’s Surgery International's Be the Light Gala funds the bulk of our nonprofit's annual surgical training trips and program operations. This is a tremendous and fun night of fundraising with a PACKED room of enthusiastic and dedicated medical, business and community leaders who share our vision to reduce global health care disparities by helping communities obtain the knowledge, skills and tools to provide life-changing surgical and medical care for children.

Children’s Surgery International is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization focused on strengthening communities by providing medical education and training for health care workers and free surgical services to children around the world.  Our volunteer surgical teams have traveled to Haiti, Liberia, Ghana, Mexico, Peru, Tunisia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Vietnam, where people with limited resources may be denied even the most basic medical care. 

One of the highlights of the CSI GALA is the silent and live auctions. Please consider donating to the auction. It’s a great way to highlight your business, while making a difference in the life of a child and a community. Level of in-kind donor recognition pre and during gala is dependent on gift value.
